TMI's Advanced Plating Technology
20-60% precious metal savings
TMI's Select-Au-Plate™ is a plating technology which was developed to save precious metal. It allows the contact to be plated only inside after the final forming operation.
Opening must be parallel to running direction
Width of the opening > .008"; better > .012"
No burrs or sharp edges in contact area
