    Select-Au-Plate™

    TMI's Advanced Plating Technology

    20-60% precious metal savings

TMI's Select-Au-Plate™ is a plating technology which was developed to save precious metal. It allows the contact to be plated only inside after the final forming operation.

  • Opening must be parallel to running direction
  • Width of the opening > .008"; better > .012"
  • No burrs or sharp edges in contact area

  • Contact plated with traditional control depth technology
